ABOUT
Maneuverworks is a design and fabrication workshop specializing in bespoke modern interiors, furniture, millwork, and cabinetry. Started in 2013 by Alex Deutschman in an effort to bridge the gap between designer and fabricator, Maneuverworks provides a full-service platform to designers, architects, and ambitious clients from consultation early on in the design process to fully conceiving projects from the ground up. Our approach is to be responsive and collaborative while guiding projects to be more refined, innovative, and cost-effective.
With a wide range of digital and analog design and fabrication capabilities, we have the ability to quickly produce anything from working prototypes and one-off parts to handmade furniture, cabinetry and full interior build-outs.
Alex Deutschman has a Master and Bachelor of Architecture from Georgia Tech including one year at École nationale supérieure d'architecture de La Villette in Paris. Before founding Maneuverworks, Alex logged a few years with Morphosis Architects then as an independent design/build contractor working on projects ranging from large-scale architectural models and furniture to interior build-outs and exterior building facades.
